Availability of items:
Nothing in this online store should be construed as a legal contract or agreement. Simply stated, you are saying "I'd like to buy these things if possible". We are saying "We would probably like to sell them to you." However there may be factors that impact negatively on this transaction, these are explained below.
Whilst we endeavor to keep the online store up-to-date one or more items could be out of stock at the time we receive your order. We will send you the items from your order that are available, with an invoice showing which items have been included and those which are out-of-stock. If part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items, it might be wise to contact us and say so!
Products:
None of the products supplied by Craftables are suitable for children under the age of 3 years due to small parts.
The dimensions of goods provided on this website are approximate only. Some of the products are natural products and/or handmade, due to this, there may be some minor variations and slight imperfections.
The images provided within this web site are for illustrative purposes only. The product or packaging may vary according to our various suppliers. In addition the colours of the images may vary from one computer screen to another due to individual hardware or software abilities and settings.
Payment:
You can choose to pay for the goods you order by credit/debit card or by cheque.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by Craftables, will result in a binding contract. Your card or account will be debited via Paypal when you submit the order form, if you choose this payment option. However, this does not mean your order has been accepted or a contract formed. You will receive an email notification when your order is being processed, if accepted by Craftables, or if the order is rejected for any reason a full refund will be issued. Craftables reserve the right to refuse orders at their discretion.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD DETAILS TO US BY POST OR BY E-MAIL. All credit and debit card transactions take place on this website via PayPal.
Cheque payments can be sent to us at our contact address below. All cheque orders will be dispatched once payment is cleared. Please make cheques payable to Craftables.
We could have technical difficulties receiving or processing your order. Please ensure that we have correct contact information in case we need to get in touch.
Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
Other
We could make a mistake. You must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify such mistakes before cancelling cheques or credit card payments.
